The Company's center of operations in the Silicon Valley region of San Francisco/San Jose area affords excellent accessibility to metrology services for a large manufacturing base of aerospace, semiconductor, medical and alternative energy interests.
Primarily serving the San Francisco Bay Area, onsite CMM services are available throughout Northern California, extending into surrounding areas by special request. Programming of client-owned equipment is available worldwide. For portable CMM services outside of the normal travel range, such requests can be handled with prior arrangement for onsite rental equipment to be available.
Offline programming services are available wherever there is Internet. CAD models and drawing files can be transferred, worked and returned to the customer by electronic means. In some cases, an onsite installation is recommended, especially if tooling development is still underway. A wide variety of CAD formats are supported to ensure your native system is served.
Metrology system design and consultation is accomplished by a discussion/visit to assess current capacity and future needs. Following this visit, a quote will be initiated and sent for approval, detailing an overall plan. Upon acceptance, the fully detailed design will be compiled and sent for final approval. Various levels of involvement are available, ranging for a simple list of tools needed all the way through room design, environmental controls, procurement and installation. | | |
